Has anyone use BF561 with DDR3 SDRAM (or DDR or DDR2 type)?

What kind of interface between BF561 and DDRx SDRAM?

i think it's not having the DDR,DDR2 or DDR3 interfaces.....

It has only SDRAM interface,......

we can interface SDRAM to it....
