what is tiny switch tny264?

I dont understand tiny switch operation pls help me....
 

It consists of a high voltage power Mosfet and power supply controller in one device. It uses simple On-off control technique like a switch to control the o/p voltage.

When it is enabled, the Oscillatior (in-built), turns on the inbuilt Mosfet on the beginning of each cycle. the mosfet is turned off when current increases to current limit.
