What is three (3) element loop and why its used ?

Perhaps you are referring to the classical feedback model - consisting of a forward amplifier (1), a feedback network (2) and a summing/subtracting element (3) for combining the input and the feedback signal?

Ya .... its some kinda technique to connect the transmitters
