It most certainly is.
Write it as two separate (polarized) capacitors, one rated 100uF/35V and one 150uF/150V. You could mark the capacitor names with * and have a footnote about the capacitor package for authenticity. No reason from an electrical point of view, but could be useful if anyone should use your schematic to refurbish old tube gear.

EDIT; another suggestion, eg if your capacitor name is C6, you could name the capacitors C6a and C6b.
