What is this chip?(120V power controller based on the motion detector)

I have the motion detector which switchs on/off 120V(110V;220V) power source from the incandecent light bulb in the bathroom.

But ON state lasts only 17 seconds.

1. How can I extend the time of ON state, for example 300 seconds?

2. Please let me know the official model number to find the datasheet of the onboard component which you can see at the bottom of the attached photo. (oi 1210 DBT GMN 134-600N)?

3. What is MF684K 250V(s) at the second lowest section of the photo?

1. Google for PIR circuits using quad op-amps, they are all very similar and should give clues about how they work and how the timing can be adjusted.
2. Almost certainly it's a 600V SCR, by it's size and lack of heat sink, probably rated at about 1 Amp.
3. 684 is a capacitor, value is 0.68 Microfarrads. This is probably for interference supression or is part of the SCR firing circuit, it will not be part of the delay circuit.

As john blue states, the IC is a 324 quad op-amp, there are lots of manufacturers, try LM324 if you can't get a data sheet from BCD.

Certainly with one of the four Op-amps the LM324 have, there will a timing section built arround a resistor and an electrolytic capacitor, which determines the swith ON time which is now set at 15 or 17 seconds as you mentioned. You need to trace down the circuit and see which are those components, and change then to a higher value to change the time.
