WHat is valley swithing power supply.

Valley switching is like quasi-resonant .. which switching occured at lowest voltage.

means it starts with a high voltage then decreases to a fixed level and performs the switching operation there and holds that position for the later time .
i.e. when the lowest voltage is reached it behaves like a switching element .
