what is the thickness of 2-D objects(rectangle, circle....) in HFSS
 

There is no thickness to 2-d objects they are simulated as planes. There is a way to modify 2-D shapes to create thickness if desired (right click->edit->surface->thicken sheet), but that's not really what you asked.
