Sorry if this is already on here, but what is the easiest circuit to control servos using a pc (pref Visual basic)

I have seen this:

it looks really good, 4 servos, but i would like to build the circuit, not buy it for $80.

What is the simplest circuit

Wrong section? or just been mentioned too many times before?

I would just like to know the easiest one to make.

Or good experiance with a certain design.


I dont want to start making one, and then find out it doesnt work.
