what is the relationship of Vth and temperature ?

vth vs temperature

what is the relationship of Vth and T? someone says that is -1.5mV/degree, right?

when temperature increases, Vth bigger or smaller? pls.

VT decreases as temperature increases

Hi,
I guess, by Vth you meant threshold voltage. But if you meant thermal Voltage then, it is proportional to temperature.
Vth=kT/q, where k is Boltzmann's constant, T= absolute temperature and q is the charge, which is approx, 0.086 V/deg. C
