These pins are connected to the ADC module.
AVCC is the supply voltage and AREF sets the reference voltage that can be diferent from AVCC.
But in many cases the both are connected to Vcc ...

i know ur rply
but what is the purpose of this pins
i mean why are connected to any compentnt in ground
and in case connected to any filetrs are connected
other uses

thnks all

AVCC and AREF are ADC VCC and ADC REF Voltage pins. They provide voltage and reference voltage to adc circuit in the chip.

I didn't understand what you are saying.

The purpose of AVCC pin is that, it gives supply voltage to internal ADC module. And AREF pin is use for ADC reference. For example if you ADC module in ATmega8 , for external reference to ADC we can AREF pin.
