dear all:

what is the ideality factor of the diode?
thanks

The diode ideality factor n is a measure how closely an I-V characteristic matches the ideal characteristic. For ideal diodes, n = 1.0. High ideality factors lead to excess forward voltage, heating, a decrease in radiative efficiency, and a decrease in power efficiency.
