What is the HOT_NTUB ?

Can anybody explain what means HOT_NTUB?
In my design rules there is a difference between Minimum NTUB width and Minimum HOT_NTUB width.
 

minimum hot ntub width

hot nwell=floating nwell without tieup to vdd

Can be more exact, NWELL not connected to most positive potential.
 

what means HOT_NTUB

i want to know, what is the application of hot nwell?
usurally found hot nwell, that is floating nwell, under resistor or capacitor, is it used for reducing noise of substrate? and why?
