pull up inductor

connecting collector to Vcc?

inductor pull-up

Depending on inductance (L) provides 0Ω path for dc supply and impedance Z = ωL for ac currents (RF, HF ...)

max2235 output inductor

In the schematic of max2235 (), the inductor is just a connection line. Is the output shorted to AC ground?

max2235 impedance

It is probably used during tests or tunning and later on bypassed by 0Ω resistor, what means that it has no meaning at all ..
See also strange capacitor combinations of 68pF II 1500pF, 470pF II 1000pF .. they also do not make much sense ..

Does the 0 Ohm restistor short the RF signal to ground? I'm confused by the output circuit ;(

In practical application this 0Ω resistor will be removed and an inductor will be left as dc supply for the output stage ..
