What is the difference between DDRAM1 & DDRAM2 ?

what is the difference between DDRAM1 & DDRAM2 ??
 

ddram1 ddram2

DDR2 has higher bandwidth throughput than that of DDR1 and also DDR2 requires lower voltage-1.8v instead of 2.5v.
