WHAT IS MAIN DIFFERENCES BETWEEN 'A' AND 'AT' TYPE ATMEL FLASH SUCH AS WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AT49BV802A AND AT49BV802AT ATMEL FLASH
 

A -- Bootom boot
AT -- Top boot

The difference is the 8x8KB block is in low address or high address.
