What is the value of current drawn by the input port of a micro-controller, when the port is subjected to a high state voltage (say 3V).
Please provide typical values for CMOS and TTL type micro-controllers.

There must be a million data sheets available on the internet, why not look at a few?

It is usually less than 1uA DC but could be more if the pin is an analog input for example or has some other special function. It is always specified on the data sheet.
