What is the best source for learning Bandgaps in CMOS technology ?

Re: Bandgap in CMOS

The chapter in Razavi's CMOS IC Design and Bandgap section in Circuitsage.com.

Re: Bandgap in CMOS

Also, you can refer to P.R. Gray 's book and papers from JSSR.

Re: Bandgap in CMOS

I recommend you to read the "CMOS Analog circuit design " edit by Allen to get the start, then to find the IEEE papers to study the advance architecture.

Bandgap in CMOS

I think the papers of IEEE.

Re: Bandgap in CMOS

book: "voltage reference: from diode to bandgap"
