[SOLVED] What is the benefit the using DesignWare multiplier Library versus custom multiplier?

Hi.

As I know, design ware library has multiplier cell library.but I don't know What is the benefit the using DesignWare multiplier Library versus custom multiplier(like booth algorithm)?

Does anyone know what is different and pros &cons each them?
 

Pros
------
1.The designware multiplier will be optimized.
2.Run time will be reduced as no run time will be spent on optimizing it.
3.No need to verify it as it will be preverified.
Cons
------
1. You will be limited to Synopsys tools.
2. You will not be aware of the architecture as the RTL is not provided.
