1-what about if i cancel transformer and put collector resistor and speaker capacitor.

Yes,it may also work,But u'll get low output wen compared using Audio transformer..coz the transformer delivers maximum audio signals to the speaker

By the way why don't u use LM386 Amp IC..

In that schematic,if u want more high output,u can place a .5uF to 1uF cap in between Pin 1 and 8..
Regarding question 2 in your reply to betwixt: Since there is no overall negative feedback, the output impedance of the circuit is essentially ro of the output transistor, which will be very high compared to the impedance of a speaker. There are practical problems with the use of a transformer as shown. The DC collector current of the output stage flows through the primary of the transformer. Unless the transformer has a lot of iron in its core, it will saturate, causing severe distortion. Furthermore, the DC current is dependant on the Beta of the output transistor, which will vary significantly from unit to unit, and with temperature for a given unit.
