[SOLVED] what is meant by "Powered by the open AT software suite

Hi,
While studying GSm modem datasheet, in the first page at bottom, find the following point and I did not understand. Pls clarify this


"Powered by the open AT software suite"

Does it mean, it responds to AT commands by using the AT software sutie which is available openly in their website. Or something else.

Pls help me :|
