What is mean by 1-cell lion = ? Volt

what is mean of 1

i am using LM2621 dc-dc convertor , for 2.5v to 5v/1A

in the data sheet of this chip , there is some application ckt, in which 1-cell lion is shown.

i have small query that ,
what is the output voltage of this cell ?

1 Cell Voltage li-ion means 3.7V.
In Li-ion battery each cell is with 3.7V capacity.
In NI-Mh each cell voltage is 1.2V

Why don't you use Isolated DC to DC convertor from texas Mornsum and Minmax
