hi guyz.wat is LPE in physical design.can any one define it

In my opinion , it is short for Low Power Estimation .

If this term figures out somewhere in the spice, then it is layour parasitic extract parameter. This parameter would be somewhere defined in the models. First figure out where did you find this.
