i want to do a program using iap in p89v51rd2.what it means and how to use it.

iap program on keil shows warnings.no uotput

i want to do program using iap in p89v51rd2 using keil compiler. I referred the program in the attachment file.i am unable to get output.it shows warnings.
help me...
