It is *.djvu file format and it is similar with *.pdf(it is used for e-books,papers,etc.).

djvu is the equivalent format of PDF. plz find attachment for .djuv viewer . download it and enjoy.

djvu is a file format for scanned documents, it provides for both jpeg2000 and jbig compression for color and BW scanned images and the resulting file is much smaller then a tiff or a pdf scanned file
