This is one of method for nerve stimulation,

What I mean it is stimulate the cathode electrode. Or It is negative voltage stimulation..

And also we can able to give electric shock using negative voltage??????

Are you planning to zap somebody with an electric shock for nerve stimulation or for torture?
No, I looked at Cathodal Stimulation in Google and Wikipedia explains the details of it used for brain stimulation. Anodal increases brain activity of the area stimulated and cathodal is used to calm hyper-activity.

A fairly high voltage is used to produce the required current in the connector pad fastened to the head and the reference pad on the neck or shoulder. If the current is high enough then of course it will be felt by the patient or victim.

Why didn't YOU look in Google at the Wikipedia article about it??

I searched in google, I already read some documents.

I want how do cathode stimulation?..

It means stimulate cathode or some thing else..

It means to connect the high voltage positive wire to a pad on the neck or shoulder. Connect the negative wire to a pad on the head that is directly above the part of the brain you want to calm.
Slowly turn up the voltage while monitoring the current so excessive current does not kill the patient. Sometimes the current is modulated.

Since you know nothing about it, do not try it. Let a brain doctor do it.
