Dear All :

DOes anyone have know ? high linearity PGA (-70dBC) and the
BW is up to 30MHz , the siganl end out is 1.5vp-p . What is best structre for this ?

Thanks

I would suggest the use of simple MOS common source amplifier with source degeneration. The gain can be controlled by switching the resistors. Make sure that the resistors are well matched and the transistor has large gm to
avoid process variations.
