mentograph circuits design

can nybody explain me briefly wat is bcd & eldo process???is tat foundry?? thanks in advance

what is bcd

BCD means bipolar - CMOS - DMOS technology, that is bipolar, NMOS, CMOS and DMOS (double diffusion MOS) transistors at the same substrate.
Such technology use for high voltage, high current application.

I think ELDO is a simultor of MentoGraph for circuit design.
