My suggestion is you give both outputs to a/d converter. Fix an upper and lower threshold for the upper and lower crossing line. Find out which of the two, sine or cosine is beyond the threshold. You'll get the sector information now. Use the other conversion result to find out the angle from a sine look up table from 0-90 degrees.
