What is 8085 AH?

Scheme is shown in the picture!

The lamp,which is marked number 1,signals error!

Capacitor,which is marked number 2 is burnt!

Is there a possibility of malfunctioning on microprocessor 8085 AH ?

Now it is working but the forum rules state that attachments in external websites are not allowed, post as an attachment.

I assume you already know that 8085 is a microprocessor so are you asking about the letter meaning?
