what ICs are usually used in a cell phone ?

like power IC, signal IC etc ....

ICs used in cell phone are Application-specific integrated circuit. They are designed for specific purpose and not available off the shelf. You will also not find nomenclature for them. You can have only some information like which processor processor core is used.? Now a day ARM cores are very popular.
 
Some simple smd ics are commonly used for sound, power supply etc. Main functions are implemented using ASIC.
