what function should i use to set an output signal to a value like [5 6 7 8] in a s-function written in c++(inside the matlab invironment)

how can i make this output signal

also i need to make a udp receiver,i tried to make one but the client alwas see the port of the receiver closed

i wish that any one have an excperience with that
