Foundry provide standard library file, some looks like for synopsys, I am little confused with so many type of files, my need is RFIC simulation. Anyone knows file extensions (.model, .....) for SpectreRF of IC5? thanks

Otherwise, you can use the existing models in SpectreRF, ie /tools/dfII/samples/artist/models/spectre/rfmodels.scs Regards T Zul
