What is PCM test?

I heard this term from the foundary. What does it mean? Thanks

PCM means "process control monitor". PCM test means testing electrical parameter of PCM figure. By PCM test , foundry can well control process parameter!

yes, if the wafer electrical parameter is out of PCM, it will discard.

hehe, done it before end of process, such as the square resistivity, oxide thickness, doping density and so on the basic process parameter
