The chargers of home wireless phones are used for 110v however i want to use for 220v so
I checked the pcb and it is complety electronic and i noted an IC with the SEBX labeled in
the body, it has 6 legs- 3 each side. Could somebody tell me what is it so i can try to modify for use with 220v without transformer.

Better dont play with this, bad things can happen, you risk all your property for less then 1eur, I think that this is not smart.

Better design new adequate PSU if you want to practice or buy one commercialized product. This device should work 24h without any problems.

Have you checked the label on those chargers? Many AC adapters can take a wide range input voltage like 90-240V AC.

If not, modifying such an adapter is more risk/trouble than worth it - just replace (the adapters, not the phones! ) with something that works on the available AC voltage.
