question on 74HC245

Hi all,

I attach the IC datasheet , would you please tell me, what this device is?
please tell me what does this ic do to the current of the lines?it seems it doesn't change the voltajes.

Hi,

This IC is intended for digital use only. It is a 8 bit bus transceiver with 3 state outputs. That means each output can have a logical "0" state, a logical "1" state or a "high impedance" state. For example, you can use it to buffer a bidirectionnal data bus on a CPU board.

You can not use this component in a analog environment.
