What do u mean by 0.18 and 0.13 micron technology?

What do u mean by 0.18 and 0.13 micron technology ??

it refers to gate length... (not the channel created !)

It is nothing related to the gate length. It is actully minimum line width that u can fabricate with perticular technology. And thus the gate lenth.
