what do GDP/ZDP/ PYP mean in DSP datasheet?

hi guys,
please tell me the package abbreviations of GDP/ZDP/ PYP means that usually seen in dsp datasheet.
3.3-V I/Os, 1.2‡-V Internal (GDP/ZDP/ PYP)
3.3-V I/Os, 1.4-V Internal (GDP/ZDP) [300MHz]

Hi,

See the attachment of a DSP datasheet. Refer Pg. No.152-154.
GDP and ZDP Refers to PBGA package
PYP Refers to PQFP package

They are basically packaging information.
