What differences between Intel 82545GM and 82545EM 1GbE MAC?

I can`t find info or comparisson table for 82545GM/82545GB
chips in https://developer.intel.com.

What is different in Intel 82545GM and 82545EM?

What you think about this chips?
I`m need 1GbE MAC with PCI-X.
And I`m find a solution only from Intel, Broadcom and Marvell.
May be you know which are better?
Do you know other 1GbE MAC + PCI-X chipmakers?
