i have seen many type of lc meter constructions in some 68micro henry coil is used and in some 82micro henry...i have also seen 1000ρF and 1020ρF capacitors being used...my question does it matter much...because it is only in the calculations...wat difference does it make by using 1000ρfF instead of 1020ρF capacitor.....
cos the maker aade clearly insist on using it...why?????
here are some of the sites
I dont think it will matter because even a 1020 pf cpacitor with +/- 1% tolerance will be around 1010 pf, finally you have to calibrate using a fixed standard.
USE a COG dielectric capacitor, if you feel that you require a 1020 Pf capacitor just search thru the standard 1000pf capacitors and you will get a +tolerance capacitor.
no my question is all have used different inductors and capacitors....in the circuit....why?????(will it help to write easy program)
and how will it affect the performance....and significance of that.....
It does not matter from a programming point of view, but lower inductance and capacitors will have a better SRF, which improves the test result accuracy.
