ph46 transistor info

Look at the picture.
It seems like the component marked PH46 has been overheated.
I'm not sure what it is or where to get a new one, or a replacement.
I think it is a SOT-223 FET transistor..

The unit does work, so maybe the part is not malfunctioning. The unit is a Satlook micro+/G2, satellite finder.
I'm having trouble charging the batteries though, so maybe this is why??

Anyone out there able to tell me what it is, where to get a new one, or a similar one?

Thank you.
That could be an interessting lead, as there is a PH465 in a SOT89 that looks much the same way.
