what circuit maker can I use for LTC3108?

good day everyone..What Circuit maker software can i use to design LTC3108 on a PCB??I bought this IC and found it to be very small, I can't use PCB wizard and also express PCB,,thank you

Any PCB software should be suitable - why do you think it won't?

Use the narrow SSOP-16 package if available. If not, you can create the package yourself.
