What can we understand from Gate Charge of power transistors at MHz frquencies?

I have worked at more than 1GHz frequency PAs before. Now I'm working at 6 MHz. When I see datasheets of appropriate transistors at 6 or 7 MHz, there are some new parameters that were not in datasheet of Microwave frequency transistors like "Qg, Qgs and ...". How can we use them? I mean what kind of information can we understand from them? I read somewhere those parameters are needed to match the PA to a driver amplifier. If it is true, how can we do that?!!!

These parameters are related to switching operation of MOSFETs with overdriven gate. In contrast to RF PAs, there's no impedance matching involved, but the parameters are useful to calculate the gate circuit currents and power demand. There are many application notes from major MOSFET vendors explaining the parameter meaning.
