download verilog-xl linux

What can I do to install Verilog-XL in my IC5033 installation?

I don't find LDV... Is there another possibility ? Or can I integrate LDV 5.1 windows edition with IC5033 linux edition ? How ?

I have download verilogxl-4.00.s016-lnx86.tar.gz from cadence Site, how can I install it ? This file can replacing LVD ?
