What burnt out on my control board? Crystal?

Hi! The electronic control board on my AC air handler and apparently its so ancient I can't find a replacement anywhere online, locally or through the manufacturer (Mitsubishi). I have someone who will fix it for me if I can provide a replacement and says what's burnt out is a crystal. I've attached a photo of it marked.

I was hoping the community could help me (1) confirm its a crystal (someone I know thought it looked like a Diode) and then if it is (2) how do i find out the specifications for it to find a replacement? I've attached the service manual but can't find specs that detailed in it. (I have the MS12NN.)

Any advice? Thank you so much in advance for any time you spend attempting to help.

A burnt component might be identified by our experienced members. Keep in mind that the burnt component may not be the only faulty component.

The instruction manual (pdf) comes through okay. It has two diagrams showing parts placement. No schematic. It will require someone with detailed knowledge to know how to assist you.

It does not look like a crystal. It looks like a diode burst apart. (The label is D1F1. This is not exactly the same numbering pattern used for other diodes on the board. That may be irrelevant.)

It's probably a plain diode. I think it's a twin of D122 nearby.

I don't think it's a zener diode. Elsewhere on the board is a diode with a ZD label, which is typical for a zener.
 
It appears to be a simple signal diode like a 1N4148
 

It's a diode. There is a diode marking in the silkscreen underneath the blackened area. The portion of the board shown looks to be a SMPS, with a hot side and a cold side.
