What bias current is needed by the LT1009 voltage reference?

Hello,

Is the bias current for LT1009 about 0.5mA?

.....The graph at top left of page 4 of the datasheet "seems" to suggest this?, but i really have no idea.

The Reverse Breakdown Change with Current parameter is given for 400μA ≤ IR ≤ 10mA (25°C) so you can consider it the proper operating range
