What are the main manual modifications to add to .spf file ?

what are the main manual modifications to add to .spf(stil protocol file) which is generated by dft compiler in order to use it to test transition faults.

You must provide initial sequences, if you have some initial action that make the chip into test mode.

wkong_zhu comment correct, on top level, you need initilization sequence to enter test mode. ( like configuration JTAG register)
