What are the information inside CELL, FRAM and LM ?(Milkyway)

Hi,

In reference library CELL,FRAM,LM are view are created.

in CELL view what are information contains?
in FRAM view what are information contains?
in LM view what are information contains?

CELL view : Physical Layout
FRAM view : simple Physical Layout, just provide info. to Astro to do P&R
LM view : Timing & Power info.
