vrms and vac

hello
whats FF anf RF formulas in rectifier ? my teacher say FF = Vrms/Vdc and RF=Vac/Vdc
Is it true? if yes what relationship is between Vrms and Vac?

Vrms=Vpeak/√2

thank you for your help but i know this formullas, i want to understand what different is between Vrms and Vac ? if no different so RF should be equal by FF? i think a different is between Vac and Vrms

Look example 3.4 at **broken link removed**
You will find definitions of form factor FF, ripple factor RF and Vac.
