What are the country uses narrowband radios?
What is the bandwidth?

NBFM ?

many many countries use NB FM for general comms use.
used in commercial and amateur radio . 12.5kHz is common, there is some 7.5kHz and some 15kHz.
Used to be lots of 25Khz but getting rarer as spectrum space demands narrower bandwidth.
