Is there anybody who can give us a review of a comparison among the simulators mentioned?
Here we use Eldo and are wondering to acquire an Eldo AMS license (120K Euro).
On the other hand, Silvaco and Dolphin are offering us their AMS simulators: Harmony AMS (SmartSpice kernel + AMS capabilities) and SMASH.
We also have Eldo RF and would like to know what about the other simulators RF capabilities.
Does anybody has a clear idea if they are similar in functionalities?
What about convergence, speed, MC, accuracy, avoidance of math singularities?
